Chief Operating Officer
Sonia Booker serves as Chief Operating Officer, Technology, bringing more than 20 years of experience in investment, development, asset management, and complex business operations. She has managed and developed more than $200 million in real estate assets across multifamily, hospitality, condominium, and residential sectors.
Her leadership approach was shaped in part by a decade-long partnership with Herman J. Russell and exposure to the diverse operations of H. J. Russell & Company, whose businesses span construction, communications, property management, real estate development, and airport concessions. That experience provided a strong foundation in managing large-scale projects, coordinating across industries, and aligning people, assets, and operational priorities.
At Black Beetle, Sonia applies that experience to operational execution, organizational growth, strategic partnerships, and the deployment of technology-driven initiatives across complex commercial and government environments.
